(Al Hadeed) 57 : 3
هُوَ الْأَوَّلُ وَالْآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
He is the First and the Last, and the Apparent and the Hidden, and He has the Knowledge of everything.
Messenger used to praise the Lord as ‘You are the First, there is none before You; You are the Last, there is none after You; You are the Apparent, there is none above You; You are the hidden, and there is nothing without You’. See explanation 54: 22-23; 55: 26-27; and 84: 23.
